Wegems Studio is a Webflow design and development studio operated by Aminul Haque Chowdhury. Our website is wegems.co. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Wegems Studio provides website design, Webflow development, and related digital services. The scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
All projects begin with a signed agreement and a deposit payment. Work starts only after the deposit is received. We work through clearly defined phases — strategy, design, and development — and nothing moves to the next phase without your written approval.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before the final website is launched or files are handed over. For ongoing support arrangements payment is due at the start of each month.
Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may result in work being paused until payment is received.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope. Revisions beyond the agreed rounds will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within the agreed review period.
You are responsible for providing all required materials — including logos, brand assets, copy, and images — within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by late content or feedback may affect the project timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by the client.
Upon receipt of full payment all design files and website assets created for your project become your property. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and on our website unless you request otherwise in writing.
Any third-party assets — fonts, stock images, plugins, or tools — used in your project remain subject to their own licensing terms.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, project details, or any sensitive data with third parties without your written consent.
We build websites on Webflow. Webflow is a third-party platform with its own pricing, terms, and hosting fees. You are responsible for maintaining your own Webflow subscription after handover. We are not responsible for any changes Webflow makes to their platform or pricing.
Wegems Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website. Our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the total amount paid for that project.
If you cancel a project after work has begun the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at our standard rate. If we cancel the project for any reason we will refund any payments made for work not yet started.
Every project includes 2 weeks of post-launch support for small fixes. After this period ongoing support is available as a separate monthly arrangement. Support does not include new features or scope changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal process is considered.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at wegems.co/terms. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
